I've been on multiple Atlas cruises, have two more booked, and have a number of questions.

I heard a rumor that Atlas might include sailings to the South Pacific in the future.  Can you elaborate on future plans for new destinations as additional ships join the fleet?

The outdoor spaces are very nice and heavily used during warm weather cruises.  Are there any plans to make the spaces usable in the polar regions?

Our amazing experience in Antarctica was due in part to the outstanding expedition team.  Have you been able to retain many members of the team for future seasons?  It would be nice to see their information on the website.  One cruise to Antarctica is not enough for us.

Are supply chain problems coming to an end?  For example, it would be nice to have the craft beers, non-alcoholic beers, and spirits listed on the menus available, parkas available in the sizes ordered, and water bottles provided.

Is there a way to make pricing more transparent on the website?  I receive many emails advertising air credits and percent savings but have to contact a travel agent to get the amounts and even my Atlas referred travel agent can't find the discounts advertised.  Specific port fee amounts would also be good to list.

Can the cruises where marina/water toys are available be identified?  Also what are the water toys?

Good afternoon Primus,

Thank you for your continued loyalty.

The team is currently reviewing additional destinations for 2025 which will likely include some exotic destinations.  More to come later in the year.

The team is focused on executing flawlessly in all of the venues we presently have; however, we are looking at additional enhancements particularly when we are in cold weather climate.  I don’t have any details to share yet but can confirm we are looking at the options.

Should you have any pre-cruise requests, I encourage you to contact your Travel Advisor, or one of our Voyage Specialists to add a special request to your booking at a minimum of 120 days prior to sailing and the team will attempt to accommodate your request accordingly.  Requests made closer in are not likely to be accommodated since we must meet our provisioning deadlines with our suppliers and acknowledge not all requests are able to be accommodated.  Our team will be able to advise if there will be any challenges when making the request otherwise.

Would like to see you return with us to Antarctica!  Yes, some individuals from last season’s expedition team will return with several new additions.  Since last year was our first full season, we have continued to add new individuals, mainly due to the introduction of World Voyager this year, plus in the interest of expanding our current teams' knowledge base and expertise.

Best regards, James
