I was wondering if i have enough time to do both tours, we will be in Santorini from 8:00 am to 9:30 p.m We were thinking of booking the ships excursion wine/ Akrotiri be able to get off in the old port then at 5:00 take a private caldera boat tour for 3 hours, it picks you up at the old port and brings you back to the old port. Our ship does leave until 9:30 do you think we have enough time?

You will be at the old port and you should be able to get right on a tender. You do not have to wait for the cable car. If the privat boat tour is just for your group, you can ask them to bring you back 10 minutes earlier for a little extra leeway. Just make sure you ask when the last tender leaves so you can adk to be back by then.
