Hello DublinCruise,

Sea days are ideal for spa treatment appointments, afternoon teatime in the Atlas Lounge or simply relaxing by the pool.   Possibly, diving into a good book in one of the lounges onboard too.  Our Epicurean Expeditions will typically feature our culinary demos, cook-offs, or wine and spirits tastings on sea days for those looking for additional enrichment. However, many of our Epicurean voyages are port-intensive itineraries with limited sea days.

On our Polar Expeditions, typical sea days will offer presentations by field experts and expedition staff, trivia, and debriefings from the previous days' landings in addition to spa and teatime options. On our recently announced Cultural Expeditions, we plan to offer enrichment programming that takes a deeper dive into the local insights and flavors to enhance the destination experience.
