Can’t open MSC for me app

When I try to open the app I get a message saying “sorry, can not contact server, please try again”.

 

I originally thought the app was only useable on board but I see that other people are able to view their upcoming cruises on their app.
What am I doing wrong? The app is up to date on my iPhone.

I cruised in April and kept the app on my phone. When we booked a new cruise I was getting the same message. I had to delete the app and re-install, then it worked.

Thanks, I tried that and it’s working now.

 

Do you know if you can view more than one cruise on the app at a time?

I have only been able to see one at a time.  To see another I have to log out and sign back in with another booking number.  To log out, click on profile at the bottom, and then in the upper right is the little tool wheel.   Lick on that, and from the drop-down menu, logout.  EM

Just one at a time unfortunately.
