PCruzer Posted July 27, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 27, 2023 If you receive onboard credit from your travel agency and don’t use all of it, is the balance credited back to your onboard account?
DaveOKC Posted July 27, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 27, 2023 Generally yes it is (back to your credit card). Only HAL issued OBC is lost if not used.
REOVA Posted July 27, 2023 #3 Share Posted July 27, 2023 Yes. Your statement will have 2 parts, non refundable and refundable so make sure you check with guest services and it is listed correctly and you can see how much non refundable you have left each day. The refundable can be received in cash on last day (or put back on your credit card).

This is money provided by HAL to the travel agency, generally as part of a group booking, to be applied to client on board accounts. Any remaining refundable OBC can be credited to your card on file, or received in cash on the last night of the cruise.
