Snorkeling from the beach?

Looking for a beach with amenities (chairs, umbrellas or shade, bathrooms, food and drink).  Also must have snorkeling from the beach. Reef can be far out I'm a strong swimmer but would prefer no currents.  Something like Blue Bay Beach on Curacao or resort like Chogogo Dive and Beach Resort on Bonaire.  Been to both and they were fantastic.  Does Aruba have something in the same vein?  Thanks in advance for your advice.

Arashi beach has amenities.  Snorkeling is to the left as you enter the water.  Snorkeling is better at Boca Catalina  (IMHO) but there are NO amenities here.  This is the beach before Arashi.  Take the 10A bus 2.50 per person each way.  Bus station across the street from cruise port.

I would definitely pick Arashi. You can rent chairs/umbrella's there and there is a restaurant there as well. The beach is beautiful and sandy. Snorkeling out to the left, you can go toward Boca and the snorkeling is excellent!! We go to Boca many times when we stay on the island (as previous poster said, no amenities there) because it's such good snorkeling. We've went to Arashi by cruise ship and snorkeled down toward Boca and then walked back on the road (short walk) to Arashi.

HERE is just a little review of Boca with tons of pictures to show you what the snorkeling is like. (It's like this from Arashi all the way there). You will see the boat snorkeling tours bring people here as well because the snorkeling is so good.
