tizbo1423 Posted July 28, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2023 We're planning a family trip with a stop in St Thomas and we'd love to go back to Trunk Bay. But this time around, we'll have a nearly 2 year old with us. I remember the trip being a long-ish trip with a ferry and a shuttle ride to the bay. Would we be able to just have our toddler sit on our lap or are we limited in transportation once we got on St Thomas?
Ms411 Posted July 28, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 28, 2023 Most people put their toddlers on their lap, but you can ask for a vehicle with car seat and/or seat belt, though no guarantee one will be available. If you're put in the open air taxi, sit in the middle so passengers can cushion and secure you. Speed limit is less than 40mph for the most part.
