Medication on Transatlantic flight and cruise back.

No doubt it depends on your particular medication, if it needs to be taken at particular intervals or a less precise timing. I take some meds with breakfast and some with dinner, so just keep to that routine - but I have nothing that's critical about timing. And, of course, it's only a 5 hour difference for Miami. 

 

By the by, we're doing a similar transatlantic next year.

I suspect that all meds. have a time tolerance which would cover the occasional taking a few hours sooner or later than prescribed.

Check the info leaflet that comes with the meds.  On mine the only advice on timing is not to double-up if you missed a dose, and to take at a particular time of day - that's to do with eating & sleeping patterns rather than the number of hours. 

But check with your surgery or pharmacy if in doubt
