Buenos Aires and Gauchos (again)

Hello,

Like others, we find ourselves with a full day in Buenos Aires before a late night departure. I have found a lot of highly rated full-day private tours that will take us to San Antonio de Areco and Estancia El Ombu (and drop us at the airport) for prices ranging from about $400 to about $700. One of the things I noticed in reading reviews on tr*p*dv*s*r is that the gaucho demonstration at that Estancia doesn't include races or other gaucho skills except "domo india."

Does anyone know of a private tour that includes a more active/exciting gaucho demo?

Thanks in Advance!
