Click on the cruise you are trying to see the balance for. On the right, you will see, "My To-Do List". You will see Final Payment Due, and a date. Click on that. This will show you how much you have to pay off your cruise, and allow you to pay it off. If you are not seeing your cruise, you may need to add it on. It shows up (Jan 1) but I cannot open it. Did you make your reservation through a travel agent? Then you won't see that amount on your rssc account. The only way to get it is to go to the most recent Guest_<NAMEbookingnumber> PDF file and subtract the Total Payments from the Grand Total. Both amounts are at the top of page 2. Your travel agent should be sending you the revised PDFs any time there's a change to the Grand Total or the Total Payments. Or you could ask your travel agent.
