Demystify OBC ID codes in HAL Profile

We are new to HAL and are working on getting approved for various OBC (i.e. AARP, military, teacher).  I now see 3 different OBC ID codes in my Mariner profile.  Two have the same "sail by" date (12/30/2025) and have an OBC of $100 each and one has a sail by date of 8/10/2027 for $50.  How can I tell which code is for which OBC offer?

Now, when we log onto our Mariner account all of the approved OBC (AARP, Military, Teacher) are now missing from our account profile.  They had not expired yet and we haven't booked a cruise yet to use these.  When we tried to re-apply for the Military OBC, we received a message that we had already used that benefit?  How should we proceed about getting these OBC to show up back in our Mariner account profile again?
