Portland- UBER/Taxis/Tours at port?

Will there be available tour guides or taxis at the port when we disembark?  I am planning on just getting an UBER/Taxi to Portland Head Light, then going on the train or the Mail Run.  Will there be transportation easily available?

There are tour operators when you get off the ship. The mail run is a two or three blocks walk, and the train is a half block walk.

Ubers are spotty in Portland. When I've stayed in Portland, I've been able to call a cab (207 Taxi), but I've never tried when a ship was in port.

We’ve never had a problem getting a rideshare in Portland at any time of day, any day of the week.  We’ve spent summers here for the last few years, and while that was an issue during Covid, we haven’t had a problem since then.
