I always stay next to the elevator on every Oceania ship and never noise from elevator

We are on board the Riviera now.  We have booked an extended cruise in 25- cabin 10035 - right opposite the lift.  I have been anxious about this so took the opportunity to consult the current occupants as they emerged from their suite the other night. They said they don’t hear anything from the lifts and it is always their position of choice.  Hope this helps.

This question comes up every little bit. It's pretty much a consensus that it's not an issue. If anyone has had an issue with it I don't remember reading about it.
