Virgin voyages sea blazer perk

Hi all

 

we’ ve just finished our Virgin voyage and were told that our account has sea blazer perk by rep. Checking online it shows greyed out and we only done 1 cruise?
 

Any ideas?

Sea blazers are people who sailed in 2021, and sea rovers are folks that either sailed twice already or matched status from other lines.  Maybe they meant rover?

that was my understanding however their rep confirmed it and the screenshot that I added shows the badge but not sure if it’s just info badge or “my badge”?

Ah- the badges get colored in if they’re applicable, which is super confusing that they show up at all.  My sea blazer badge shows purple on the website.  No clue!

I’m a Sea Rover and the Sea Blazer shows like your screenshot. It also showed that way before I earned the Sea Rover status. I think VV is going to leave that badge to taunt those of us that didn’t sail in 2021. The badge system was to be part of the new sailings club, so they might have a working version when that’s rolled out.
