@tacocat that was my understanding however their rep confirmed it and the screenshot that I added shows the badge but not sure if it’s just info badge or “my badge”?

Hi all we’ ve just finished our Virgin voyage and were told that our account has sea blazer perk by rep. Checking online it shows greyed out and we only done 1 cruise? Any ideas?
