Royal up?

Just wondering if Royal Caribbean will offered a Royal up if I booked a guaranteed ocean view balcony? Cruising Early December on the Wonder of the seas when should I watch for this?

I believe everyone will get a chance to royal up , we sail last week in November.

It is worth watching the cruise price too. I upgraded when there was a price drop. The price difference was less than the Royal up minimum for the category and a sure thing instead of unlikely.

Royal Up offers don't depend on category booked (though the offers are different depending on what category you start with).

If available, it should be sometime inside final payment.
