Cartagena off beat shore excursions

We will be having an overnight stay of the Constellation in December. We have been to  Cartagena  2 times . Grateful  for some advise of tours that do not include the city .We are on the old side so swimming hiking etc are out. We love nature .

I haven’t done this so I am not in a position to recommend it, but I’ve read about folks visiting the National Aviary of Colombia. We’ve been to Cartagena twice, and if we have another visit, I think we’d go to the Aviary.
