La Spezia/Livorno Bocelli Home Excursion

On a cruise in May with P&O calling at La Spezia I booked an excursion to visit Andrea Bocelli's vineyard and home town.  Unfortunately due to lack of participants it was cancelled.  I am now booking on Queen Anne for next summer and wonder whether anyone who has sailed to either of these ports recently knows whether Cunard offers this particular excursion and if so from which port.  I had hoped that with Cunard's wider spectrum of passengers there would be more take up if it was offered.
