"Persona" in My Preferences - Medallion App

Here's something I haven't seen discussed yet. Under "My Preferences" in the Medallion app, there's this "Persona" thing. You choose a character, interests, style, etc. Does anybody have any idea what that is even for? The character thing in particular has me baffled.

Believe they started out with this for sales purposes OB, for your interests.  But, since covid abd the restart we don’t get all the ads in your cabin anymore.  Unless, you’re interested in them.

 

Type of personality….IDK.

The entire My Preferences section should be removed.  No one from Princess ever pays attention to the info you populate there.  Might help to speed up the app in the tiniest way.

Don't know if you are talking about this or not, but you can make an avatar in the app that represents you.  Then, in the Ocean Play, there are a couple games and your avatar that you created shows up in these games to represent you.
