Day Trip to Atlantis from Cruise Ship

We will dock at Nassau in October and would like to ‘possibly’ spend our time at Atlantis.  Suggestions on best and safest way to get there?  Is there a water taxi?  Fun things for a couple in their early 70’s?  TIA

Taxi is easiest, water taxi costs the same but takes longer. What do you plan on doing? Without a day pass you can only go into the casino of walk around marina village, you can’t walk around the resort.

You don’t need a pass for the casino, but do need one for almost everything else (beach, waterpark, aquarium, walking anywhere except marina village/casino).
