Cabins on Eclipse

We're looking at an 11-day Caribbean cruise on the Eclipse.  We prefer a mid-ship cabin with a balcony, and only cabins above and below us.  What are the best cabins with those parameters?  Also what is the benefit of the Concierge class?

Thank you!

Well, you are supposed to get an embarkation lunch, but that doesn't always happen. Also, you are supposed to have a concierge to help you with anything you want to do, but he/she might be busy. You also might get off the ship and on the ship earlier than the rest of the crowd.  Really, the biggest benefit of all is the added points that you get above Veranda class (same points as AQ class) if you are in need of points.

As for the cabin choice, I'd study the deck plans. Good luck!

On Eclipse the concierge benefits are

extra Captains Club points

a bottle of bubbly

usually an MDR embarkation day lunch

you may see reference to an expanded room service menu and two afternoon canopies, but they have both been eliminated and not all of the website information has caught
