Celebrity Cartagena Unlimited Attractions Pass?

Celebrity is offering a "Cartagena Unlimited Attractions Pass" shore excursion and the explanation is very unclear.

 

Does anyone know exactly how it works?

 

We are particularly interested in going into Castillo San Felipe de Barajas.

No need for a shorex. We toured the fortress on our own during our second visit to Cartagena. Take a cab from just outside the cruise terminal, take a cab back.  Given the heat and humidity, start out early in the day.

I booked the Destination Highlights Deluxe Cartagena + Fortress tour. Price seems very reasonable, but now I am wondering if the entrance fee is included, all I am interested in is the Fortress and Old town. 

Can you remember how far and how much it is from Port?

We did this once and had a good experience.  There was one downside however - the taxi driver did not speak very good English and I don't remember a lot of my high school Spanish.  Just a suggestion to anyone doing this to have a short conversation before getting in that car.
