Online Booking For Shore Excursion Celebrity Infinity

Hello:

 

I have a question regarding booking shore excursions online.  Do you receive confirmation regarding your reservation?

Checked my account online and I can't see anywhere to show I have made the reservation.  Where do you normally see this?

First time booking an excursion online so appreciate any feedback.

You should have gotten a email.It will show up in your calendar on your account also.

Thank you that's what I thought.  Also tried calling Celebrity but they are closed today.

Go to your cruise and back to PlanMy Cruise where you booked.  In the upper right hand corner is a circle with your initials, select that and then from the drop down menu select Order History see if the order is there.  If not the transaction wasn’t completed.  
It is a multi step process that ends with a pop up on your screen “Thank You”  shortly thereafter you receive a email confirmation.

Just checked again and my shore excursions are there now and received email.  Finally after 6 hours
