New celebrity cruiser - need some help please

Hello everyone!

 

My parents will be on Celebrity Infinity in a few weeks and I’m helping organize things for them. Can someone let me know what the email address is for requesting an extension cord and distilled water for cpap?

Contact them ASAP.  It took them almost 3 weeks to respond to my request.

In my experience instead of contacting special needs I just asked my stateroom attendant  and it has always been  taken care of quickly and efficiently.

As mentioned, send an email to the Special Needs Department and make sure you add the reservation number and date of cruise.  Don't wait until boarding.  Our attendant was very new to her position and had no clue what we were asking for.  Required us to be persistent and  we finally ended up having  to follow up with Guest Services on board.

Thank you, everyone. I sent the email with all the information and advised my parents to ask their cabin steward if the items are not there. 😊
