Wifi Question -share using iPhone hotspot?

Is it possible for a person to share my wifi by using their iPhone hotspot? Has anyone done this or tried it?

On an iPhone you can only hotspot and share from a cell connection. Some Android phones can share a WiFi connection.

I have done it using my android phone. I connected my phone to the Princess wifi, then created a hotspot to connect my laptop. As mentioned in the previous post, not all android phones can do this.

I was surprised when I tried this at home. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e. When I turned off data I was unable to make a hotspot here at home using my WiFi connection. Poop. I expected it to work.

You can do it on a Samsung, sadly people still believe the hype and keep buying phones, if that's the case, you cannot

I have a Google Pixel 6 running Android 13 and I can share a Wi-Fi connection as a hotspot. My previous phone, Pixel 4A running Android 11, was not able to do so.
