Celebrity arrival

Has anyone sailed on Celebrity to St Maarten?  We are sailing in Feb 2024 and arrival time is shown as 10 while all other ships that day arrive at 8.  10am is same when most tour operators start their tours.  Celebrity’s own tours don’t start that day until 11:30.  Would like to book with a local operator if I can.  Thank you
