I had the Roasted Rack of Lamb last night in a deal with the chef because I missed it for Indonesian Night in the Tamarind.  Tonight is the Fresh Fish special and Wednesday will be Grilled Tenderloin.

 

The lamb was cooked perfectly and was better than the lamb both in the PG and Tamarind.
