St Kitts and Antigua - deciding between two for a catamaran sail and zip lining

Will be stopping in both St. Kitts and Antigua on an upcoming Cruise in November and I need help deciding what to do where...

My kids want to go zip lining and I want to go out on a catamaran sail and we can't decide which island would be best for either. 

We did an island tour of St Kitts on our last cruise (but haven't been to Nevis).

For Antigua, book Adventure Antigua - https://adventureantigua.com - Extreme Circomnav - (Book very early as exceptionally popular and space is limited)

For St.Kitts take a day Nevis Catamaran sail, including snorkel, lunch and drinks.

Both will not disappoint.
