Vista Oceania Suites -are they noisy?

Anyone care to advise if the Oceania Suites on the Deck 12 of the Vista are noisy?  The Horizon Lounge and Culinary Class are on the above deck and we are concerned about bands and footsteps.

The Horizon lounge is noisy the culinary center is not.

it might depend on the location of the cabin

some are under the  Computer room/artist loft
