Princess refund contact

Does anyone have a contact to the finance department at Princess, we went on a cruise 3 months ago and are still waiting on a refund from cancelled excursions.  When we call the regular CS number they acknowledge we are owed a refund and send email requests to the finance department but cannot connect us there.

 

Is this normal, and should we just wait it out, or keep contacting them?

Do you have a CVP? If not, I would try to have one assigned and then see if they can help.

I would ask my TA or CVP to get involved.  


I would also submit a request on the website under “Support Request”.  Give them as much information as possible, booking no, ship, sail date, etc.

 

The ship may not have sent the refund request through. That’s ridiculous.

Also, did you email customer relations about the refund?

Do you have a CVP or TA?  They may be able to help.

 

 Did you try calling EZAir to see whom to reach out to for a refund?

 

That should have been refunded within 7-10 business days, if the flight was cancelled.  
 

You could also send a support request, as I mentioned to the OP and/or an email to customer relations.

We filled out all the forms and got our Claim number in March , yes we have a great PVP . I will reach out to her again tomorrow ,she is the one who filed our claim originally .
