Polaris/Octantis Booked Dec 2023. What does one pack?

On Polaris doing 15 day run. Besides jacket and pants that's provided, what else does one pack for this kind of trip. Open to all suggestions. 

Does the charter flight from Buenos's Aires to Ushuaia, have a luggage fee.

I found some interesting videos of the expedition online that go into the details of the clothing they bought and what was actually used and what they would do differently. I’ll try and locate a link and post it.
