Horizon view on Voyager

Hoping someone can help me. We are looking at horizon view suite on deck 8 (ship stern). I thought I read somewhere on forum that balconies on these suites (880-883) have solid railings . And yet, when I asked the rssc rep she indicated they were wire railings like all other balconies. Which is correct? And if they are solid, are they see through plexiglass? Or metal (not see through)

Here is a stern shot of Voyager from the internet.  Don't know how current it is, but it clearly shows that the balcony's have the railings and are not solid.  Again.... it's from the internet so....

I think the solid railings are on the Explorer-Class ships. You should check the deck plans but I think the suites you are asking about are Penthouse suites on Navigator. 
 

I’m pretty sure the only ship with Horizon View suites is Mariner.
