You might try booking a tour directly with Acadia National Park on their website instead.

We've done this and it was great and they gave us a discount coupon on lunch at Testa's restaurant in town that we used after the tour.

It’s sold out.

We've decided to go it on our own in Bar Harbor.  At Recreation.gov we bought our hike/cyclist passes ($20.00 each) for the entrance fee.  Going to pick up the Cadillac Mtn Summit Shuttle (you can Google it) for $10 pp each way - pay on the shuttle bus - goes up on the hour, back on the 1/2 hr.  For $40 each, or less if we decide to hike down instead of ride both ways, we figure that will leave lots of money for a good lobster dinner after.

BTW, low tide on Friday Oct 6 is at 10:54 if anyone wants to walk over the sandbar to Bar Island. (sandbar is doable for approx 3 hrs)  I checked the tide tables online yesterday.  Looks like tons of good trails in the park and nice walks around town too.

Don't know if this is the same, but it sounds like the trip we took last month while on Celebrity Summit.  We only paid $69 pp due to a sale Celebrity had on their website.  Other folks paid well over $200 each.  The lobster lunch was quite good and it was at a cool building on the water that is rented out as a catered location.  We lucked into good weather and the views from Cadillac Mountain were awesome.  If it's fogged in, you'll likely visit an alternate site.

The ONLY downsides were that you're on a bus with lots of other people and it takes awhile to get everyone off and back on again at each stop; and if you are on the wrong side of the bus you'll view less.  If this tour takes the same route as ours, the better side is the left side (behind the driver).
