Upgrade credit card only?

Sometimes cards will require extra verification.  I had one that wasn’t processing because it said it was sending an email to authenticate and I was t getting it.  Seems the card was using an old address that I still receive email for, but apparently, sometimes not.  As soon as I contacted the card to erase the old email, everything went through.  In the meantime, I used another card.  EM

just had one successfully charge to my debit card last week
