Cruise Transfer From HAL to a TA

Anbout 2 weeks ago we sent HAL a  FAX form completed to transfer the cruise from GAL to a TA . however ,HAL has yet to transfer the cruise . 

 

 What amount of time has been your experience for the transfer from HAK to a TA for a cruise booked with HAL ?

I've had some completed in days, but also some that took and follow up.

I would send a follow-up message from the same thread you sent the original email so it's all together asking for an update.

We've transferred a number of bookings from HAL to our TA and it was always speedy: one was by form (we filled it out for our TA, they submitted, only took a few days), one was on ship (they asked us who it was and updated it right there), and the others were by phone (they looked it up, updated similar to on-ship).

We have done this 3 times  and it took about 1-2 days for the TA to receive the bookings .

I would call HAL.
