Prima Restaurant Reservations

Greetings

 

Does Prima have a reservations desk where you can make/change your restaurant reservations? I cannot find one on the deck plans. It's our first time on this class of ship after many cruises on the Away ships and I am not sure where everything is located. Thanks

I believe that on embarkation day there's a table set up in the main theater for reservations / changes. Later in the cruise I also seem to remember the teppanyaki restaurant had a similar setup.

Yes there is a desk in the theatre on embarkation day. There was also desk on either deck 7 or 8 in the atrium. You can make reservations on your app or via your TV in the cabin. I don’t think you can make changes via the app or TV though.

They used to have a reservations desk open in Hasuki Teppanyaki after embarkation day.

After embarkation day you can go directly to the specialty restaurant to change your reservation.

you can also call room service… they make and change dining reservations!

Thanks for the info. Now I at least have a starting point. I will plan on going the the theater as soon as we board the ship.

the theatre is on three levels. you'll want to enter on the lowest level, which i believe is deck 6, if memory serves. the theatre will be set up as a large meeting room on that day. it's a versatile "black box" space that transforms into a theatre, but it won't be in that configuration on embarkation day.

That was still the case in May; hopefully it hasn't changed since then because I have to try to book Nama next month!
