Have not been able to get in since yesterday afternoon. My son is having same issue? I have had this issue before but only for a few minutes. Just wondering about it. Rare laudergayle Posted October 7, 2023 #4 Share Posted October 7, 2023 Yesterday I was having issues with both NCL.com and the app. Last evening I was finally able to log in. Did not clear cache or cookies but did delete and relaod the app (which wasn’t the answer). I am able to log in to both still today…so maybe it’s a rolling fix. I guess they are slowing resolving the issue, Thanks to everyone who replied to my question. It was good to know I was not the only one having a problem.
