amurray88 Posted October 9, 2023 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2023 Hi All, I'm reading some reports of people paying for Afternoon tea - is this in a speciality restaurant whilst in the MDR it's still free? Thanks! Anthony
Son of Anarchy Posted October 9, 2023 #2 Share Posted October 9, 2023 In January/February, Horizon showed that Afternoon was on the MDR on at least one of the sea days, didn't go though. Got off Aurora last week. Afternoon was available in the MDR on some sea days. Went once, no charge. Doors open only from 15:00 to 15:15 though.

It's not the end of the world but we normally like to keep busy so lets hope it's still the case. Thanks!

Thanks! Anthony We’re on board now. There’s afternoon tea every day in the buffet which is included. You can book a special afternoon tea in Epicurean which costs extra. Not seen the one in the dining room yet but we’ve only had 1 sea day so far.

A very rushed and crowded affair, sadly, but nevertheless a useful way to pass half an hour or so on a sea day, or maybe after having skipped lunch.
