beg3yrs Posted October 9, 2023 #3 Share Posted October 9, 2023 DW is lactose intolerant and finds lactose-free milk at the coffee bar in the IC on most ships. Sometimes they're out but usually it's available. Her comment though is that it's full-fat and at home she drinks non-fat lactose-free milk. We don't know if it's available elsewhere as she only takes milk in her morning coffee.
katcruiser68 Posted October 9, 2023 #4 Share Posted October 9, 2023 In my hunting for my husband’s needs, Princess says to note it in the cruise personalizer under dietary preferences and to email or call the dietary department at least 35 days before sailing date and 65 days for international sailings. I’m lactose intolerant but only have non-dairy milk on cereal or with iced coffee. So far, have avoided any milk while cruising.

ashpam Posted October 13, 2023 #8 Share Posted October 13, 2023 Was just on the Sapphire princess in September and was able to have dairy alternative milk everywhere on the ship. The only issue is some locations may not have 1 specific type (tried to ask for oat milk in the MDR but they didn't have it, alternated to soy). Could not locate the dairy alternative milk at the buffet for self service but the buffet waitstaff were able to bring some really quickly when politely requested. The OceanReady App if you order coffee through it gives option to substitute the milk to an alternative of choice.
