New to MSC, Advice on Bidding for Upgrade

We are sailing on the Seaside in November and received an offer today to bid for the Yacht Club. The email said "from $ 820 per person" but then when I clicked for details, it said $930. However, I was able to slide the bar back down and bid $ 830 per person.

My question is, was the $930 their suggested minimum bid?  Also, when I have bid before on NCL, it says whether your bid is Weak, Fair, etc..  There are no ratings here.

Thank you in advance for your advice.

When I have made upgrade bids there has always been a meter to the right telling me if my bid is poor, fair, good, etc.  I agree it is hard to get the little slider down to the opening bid number.  EM
