All loot not showing in app or on VV web account?

I see some loot showing, but thought I was getting additional.  Asked my TA who is usually wonderful, but she told me not to worry about it ...Will see more info on loot when onboard.  Is that usual?  

 

I'm a planner and would like to know exactly how much loot I can expect to receive.

As far as I know any bonus given by a TA (so not from MNVV or DBE) will only be added last minute, only credit given by VV shows on the booking/app, but anything from the TA should show on their invoice.

If you have your Sailor Confirmation from your TA, that shows exactly how much Loot you have in the Add-Ons section. You should also see it in the confirmation you received directly from VV. Because Sailor Loot is only available for use onboard the ship, any Bonus Loot generally appears in your account shortly before sailing or once onboard the ship.

We've had loot show up on the evening of embarkation day.  My TA sends me a screen shot of her documentation so I have that as "proof" to show Sailor Services as necessary.  In addition, I take a screen shot of my on line account.  It has always been right after that first night on board.

In fairness, the on line accounts seem to be getting better--more accurate than a year ago, anyhow.

Thanks for all your help...See differences in what I originally showed ($700 in loot) vs current VV website addons showing $650.  Should I just wait til I board  and bring the copy showing $700 in loot with me and hope that it straightens out then?

I'd bring the screen shots you posted here as well as your TA's print out (they can screen shot that to you).  I've always found my TA's info to be accurate, even when VV was a bit crazy.  But again, VV always got it sorted by the morning of the second day.
