Uber/Lyft at port

How easy is it to get a Uber/Lyft pick up at the port? Or are there taxis waiting? How long a trip to the Garden District of the WW1 museum?

Uber/Lyft in New Orleans is very easy and is much better than the very tatty, run down taxis they have. 

 

Garden District from the pier by car is 10 minutes or less depending on where you're going. It's the World War II Museum (not 1) and thats even closer-- about 5 minutes by car from the pier.
