SHIP TRAVELER Posted October 23, 2023 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2023 We have booked the SS Victoria for August 2nd 2024 and I have signed on to the travel portal but do not see a date when the shore excursions can be booked. I know I am far in advance but it seems unusual that a start date is not shown. Maybe there will just be availability for the entire ship and I am concerned about nothing. We are obviously more used to ocean cruises. Thanks for your input.
rove312 Posted October 24, 2023 #2 Share Posted October 24, 2023 Referring to the Masterpiece Collection tours for an additional price? On the two Uniworld cruises we've taken, there was no problem booking them onboard. I see that the site says "Please note that requests to pre-book must be made by calling our Reservations Team no later than 6 days prior to departure and are subject to availability." so if you're really worried you can call before departure as the time gets closer, but it's way too early to think about it now.
Ulceby Posted yesterday at 07:09 PM #3 Share Posted yesterday at 07:09 PM I read that the cruise director meets each evening pre dinner and talks through the following day’s excursions. You then get the opportunity to decide which one or independently visit the town/village attractions!
