Kids Sail Free Promotion Europe 2024 - Anyone Successful?

Has anyone successfully booked a Europe 2024 kids sail free promotion? When you follow the link on the website our sailing shows up.  However when I go through a fake booking online it doesn't and when I call they say it doesn't apply.  I asked what sailings it does apply to and they say they can't tell me. I have called 3 separate times.  If you have had success, what is your sailing and was the promotion applied automatically or did you have to call?

HAL has really got to start doing a better job at improving their booking experiences.  We came back from our Alaska cruise this Spring really happy with the cruise and within days missing it.  Our love of cruising had been re-ignited.  

 

Sadly, since then our experience of trying to book future cruises, having to cancel because of multiple itinerary changes and transferring one cruise to another cruise has really dampened our cruise spirits.  I am really hoping that when we sail again in a couple of weeks that we will feel again what we felt in Alaska.
