What’s wrong? Who knows, but just wait and buy it on the ship. There is a time limit as to how close to sail date you can buy things, but I would think you are inside that. It won't cost you anymore on board and the App works so much better there. What’s wrong? If you just *really* want to get this resolved before cruise then just call...I think they will accommodate you in taking your money! Side note: What device are you using to try this?
