Onboard Credit Refund

Can some one tell me how I can get in touch with Princess regarding my OBC refund? I have called the 800 number. They tell me they can't help. Sent emails to customer relations for help and no answer from them. Sent  a regular mail and no answer. Passenger Services on the ship told me I would have no problem with getting money back. I have waited over 2 months and so far only military credit.

I assume that this is for *refundable* OBC...not the run-of-the-mill OBC that you get with some fare packages or shareholder OBC & such?  Do you have a statement that shows you are due this?

Yes I do have the statements. It is for refundable money. One is refundable port charges. Other is money for dining that was not used.

It takes about 6 to 8 weeks. The check comes from a 3rd party in a generic envelope that looks a little like junk mail.

Yes, you need to be very careful about what you toss as "junk mail"!

Princess did contact me and what they told me over the phone was different from what I was told on the ship.The credits that I thought were refundable and was told by passenger services that  they were are not according to the Princess rep. They were all non refundable according to Princess corporate.  I regret that the $174,00 that I transferred from my credit card to the folio was lost.  Just beware of the charges that you have. I should have spent the entire folio. Live and learn.
