do all outside rooms on decks 8/9 have a window - voyager

I was originally booked into unallocated level 4/5 outside cabin  which are described as having a window or porthole.

I have been able to pay an extra £5 for level 8/9 outside cabin as i assume these are more likely to have a window

would any outside rooms on levels 8/9 have a porthole?

Hi, I’m pretty sure the outside cabins on 4/5 have portholes and 8/9 have windows. We were in a deck 8 outside cabin in September and ours had a window. 
 

I’ve just had a look at a picture of the ship and it does look like all outside cabins on 8/9 have a window rather than a porthole.

If you look at the deck plans for Voyager there is a small circular indication for which cabins have portholes. On deck 4 this is only the front two cabins 4010 and 4011. On deck 5 it is the front 7 cabins on each side (5000 to 5023 - ignoring the internal cabins in this number range.)
Deck 8 will not have portholes, it's a long way up!
