They have not returned any email or text messages since they were supposed to board the ship. I tried the ship dial service but it never transfers me to the Onward it always says invalid entry. They may be able to have guest services send a message to the person you are trying to contact. Luckily someone from the roll call responded and I was able to connect with her. If it wasn't for her I would have been out of luck.
