Does Celebrity Give You OBC If Your Are Gold with MGM

I am gold with MGM and have just received the $125 OBC on an upcoming cruise with Royal Caribbean.  Does Celebrity offer this benefit.  I am Elite with Celebrity.

Hmmm, Elite Plus & didn’t realize this benefit. I’ll check into it

But keep in mind it is only valid if you do not use a Blue Chip Club discount.  You cannot get the MGM perks and BCC perks on the same booking.

What's the proper way of doing this? Can you do it with an existing booking through a TA? Can you still get Captain's Club benefits/credits?
