leerathje Posted November 14, 2023 #1 Share Posted November 14, 2023 The oddest thing.....DH and I have a 5 day Vancouver-Ketchikan-Prince Rupert BC-VancouverCruse booked for April 30 - May 5, 2024 booked. Because it is only 5 days, it does not qualify for Have It All. I should not have a shore excursion credit. Because of the ongoing issues with HAL's website, I thought I would have a look at my booking on Navigator. I hardly ever look at Navigator until my cruise date is getting closer, but here I was. I looked at shore excursions for Prince Rupert, and noticed a line that said "Promotional credits available", so I clicked on it, and up came this screen....$200. shore excursion credits?? So, I went to Ketchikan to randomly pick a shore excursion...an oyster farm excursion. Again, it shows that I have shore excursion credits! Again, I cannot and do not have Have It All. I have never seen this before, and I'm not sure if it is common, because I hardly ever look at Navigator on my phone. I don't see this on my laptop. So, I added this to cart. And I got this message.
